A walkie talkie is a privately owned device not like mobile phones. You need a sim card in mobile phones. So you have full control over walkie talkie
Usually walkie talkies come with different power ratings like 1 watts, 2 watts , 5watts etc.
The communication can be broadly classified into three
* Simplex
* Half Duplex
* Full Duplex
